Phase Two of the highly awaited, industry standard setting nutritional program for beginner to intermediate dieters/exercisers. Phase Two follows on from Phase One building upon the foundation laid out - Five weeks of dieting geared towards weight loss/body re-composition/performance improvement and One week of correcting any issues with metabolic adaptation and focusing on performance & health.
As well as this, we also continue to focus heavily on education and the transition into you becoming your own nutritional coach. We understand HOW and WHY the program has worked so far and now it's a case of taking this information and making it permanent, developing lifelong skills and habits and being able to be transfer your knowledge to family and friends.
This Phase is your transition into a nutritional coach and becoming self sustainable without ever needing to fall back into the world of dieting fads ever again.

- 24/7 access to a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer
- Access to a private Facebook group where the other members of the group interact with each other with weekly live Q&As from our trainer.

- Weekly unique assessments gauging not only physical progression but psychological benefit of the program.
